Employee selection is not just about ad postings
A private family clinic established in Panevėžys faced a problem: it is challenging to find a team of doctors. In the city with 85 thousand population all doctors were already employed. Docs from other cities didn’t want to move from other cities or drive long way to work.
The client assigned us a task to find a family doctor and a gynecologist - without these specialists the clinic would not even be able to open.
What did we do?
We analyzed this segment of the labor market and:
- Created attractive and optimal salary offers for both positions
- Created an attractive vacancy presentation
- Used our extensive database to find suitable candidates
An adequate and attractive offer in the context of labor market helped to attract candidates.
